Dear customers, guests and friends, Beach Garden Resort has been in a legal dispute over the legality of their land rental agreement, for the last 3 years. Since the 4th of April 2013 has the Landowners family resorted to take the law into their own hands and the Resort was occupied by the said family members. All our employees have been chased out, including the Management and have not been allowed in since then. All our guests have checked out and property was damaged. The situation has not changed since, although numerous police reports have been filed and attempts to legally regain control of the Resort have so far proved to be futile. We are still hopeful to eventually regain access to our property, office and data base and to continue with the operation of this popular holiday Resort. But as we can not foresee how much longer that process will take, we herewith like to advise all our potential customers to abstain from making any room reservations for the time being. We can receive your e-mails but have limited manpower and resources to respond to them and because of the unavailability of our customer’s data base, are we not able to process your requests in a proper way. We do approve your possible cancellations without any charges and we still assure you of the safety of your personal information. Please take note that the Beach Garden Resort is closed since the 4th of April 2013 until further notice. Jungle Trekking inbegriffen Wer an den steinernen Wächtern vorbei in unsere Oase Beach Garden Resort eintritt, hat augenblicklich das Gefühl, komplett von der Aussenwelt abgeschnitten zu sein. Ein kleiner Dschungelpfad gen Westen führt durch überhängendes Urwaldgrün an einem kleinen "Teich" vorbei zum Strand. Am Ende des Pfades, wenn man aus dem Schutz des Laubdaches heraustritt erhellt die strahlende Sonne einen weissen, feinen Flecken Sand. Es ist der Freiluftteil des Restaurants, der Biergarten. Von einem Sonnensegel geschützt ist es der ideale Platz, um ein kühles Helles vom Fass zu geniessen und sich dabei am Sonnenuntergang zu ergötzen. Ungehindert kann Euer Blick über den Strand und die sanften, sich am Strand verlierenden Wogen hinweg aufs Meer schweifen. Ihr habt Recht, das ist nicht mehr Frankfurt, Köln oder Bliesmengen-Bolchen. "Das ist das Paradies", werdet Ihr denken, wenn dieser Anblick zum ersten Mal Euren Augen schmeichelt. Aber wartet ab, es ist ja noch früh am Tag. Wie bitte? Ach ja, die Zimmer?
